Short answer, yes! I offer specialized nutrition and meal services for pregnant and postpartum people. However, I am trained in whole family nutrition and am equally passionate about bringing gentleness and joy to everyone’s health journey.
-
Because your birth experience is important. Having a doula by your side for prenatal preparation, on-call and personalized support for labor and birth, and check-ins postpartum could be the biggest choice you make for this journey! People who experience childbirth with a doula are statistically more likely to have positive feelings toward their birth and more likely to have a healthy outcome.
-
As your doula, I can support you from your desired place of birth: home, Northwest Medical Center, Mercy Birthplace, Willow Creek Women’s Hospital, Washington Regional Medical Center. If you’re unsure if your home birth is within Gentle Journey’s area of practice, reach out!

I offer flexible pricing for health coaching and meal services because of their customizability! After our initial conversation, I will design a plan that fits your needs and preferences and provide a transparent quote!
I believe everyone deserves the gentle care I offer, regardless of life circumstance. If cost is a struggle for any of these services, please let me know. I would love to explore your options with you! -
Our second prenatal meeting would be a very beneficial time for exploring how I can further personalize the care you receive during your labor and birth. During our second meeting, we will walk through each step of your full birth plan, which I will format properly, provide to you digitally, and have in hard copy ready to deliver to your medical support team at birth. In this second meeting, we will also process any changes that have occurred in your pregnancy or plans and dive deeper into postpartum expectations and preparations. With a second prenatal, we will also have more time together to become comfortable with each other’s presence before entering into the birth space.
That being said, if our Seeds Plan is a better fit for you, your care will be given just as intentionally and wholeheartedly! With a shorter amount of time together, I will ensure that all necessary work and discussion takes place in the allotted meeting time.

The Roots and Blooms plan includes 2 additional meetings that can be “used” either prenatally or postpartum. The emphasis of this coaching can be on pregnancy nutrition, postpartum nutrition, or both. During these meetings, we will walk through the changing needs of your pregnant or healing body and all the ways you can gently support it well. After this, we can meal plan, rewrite favorite recipes to match new goals, learn helpful grocery shopping habits, learn about the foods already in your pantry, or practice body wellness activities. We can even cook a healing meal or make an energizing snack together in our remaining time!
Outside of these meetings, I will be preparing your personalized health plan that may act as your guide beyond our time together! This plan, like your birth plan, is born from what I hear, see, and feel from you. Your goals, concerns, and preferences all balanced to create the perfect guide for your journey!
